CHINT Malaysia is looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our Low Voltage (LV) product business and strengthen our presence in the market. Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve assigned targets for Low Voltage (LV) segment and other electrical solutions.
- Develop and manage key accounts, including panel builders, contractors, industrial clients, and consultants.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage in the industrial, commercial, and construction sectors.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with channel partners and decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations and technical briefings to clients and project stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal technical and support teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline (Electrical/Electronics background is an advantage).
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in LV switchgear, power distribution, or related electrical products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must be based in Penang and able to travel within the Northern Region as required.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
