A leading FMCG Food Manufacturer is currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team in Kuala Lumpur.
Job Description
- Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Developing and identifying business opportunities in assigned areas.
- Building and maintaining relationship with the distributors and retailers
- Planning and coordinating trade marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Plan and champion on selected chain stores for trade marketing activities.
- Monitor third party merchandizer's performance in terms of product placement and display, inventory management, pricing and compliance.
- Conduct store audit on improving product visibility and gather data on competitor activity.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market insights.
Job Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Familiarity with FMCG distribution models (MT & GT) and retail networks.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel within Klang Valley and occasionally outstation.
