Sales Marketing Executive

Role Description :

The Sales Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Muar. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting Inpat International Group's moisture control solutions across target industries. Daily activities include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, coordinating marketing campaigns, and presenting product benefits to prospective and existing clients. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities, attending customer meetings and industry events, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Marketing Executive is expected to build long-term client relationships and contribute to revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Candidates should possess skills in Sales to manage the full sales cycle, negotiate agreements, and achieve sales targets.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions clearly, engage with clients, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Relevant experience in B2B sales or industrial products, preferably in sectors such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, or automotive.
• Ability to work on-site in Muar, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic office software and customer management.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales and marketing.
