Job Description

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive / Sales Engineer (B2B in electrical engineering field)

Position Type: Full Time

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm

Location: On-site

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales revenue and project targets through presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  • Organize and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.
  • Assist in creating promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new leads through market research and competitor analysis.
  • Provide timely after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Track and report sales performance, leads, and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years sales experiences are an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport.
  • Proficiency in MANDARIN is an advantage, as the role involves engaging with Mandarin speaking clients
