Role Description
- Authorize all routing sales invoices including billing invoices to customers.
- Coordinate and liase with other functional departments in new production preparation / product transfer.
- Provide timely feedback to other departments on sales trend, aging tools and inventory to be obsolete Review of non-moving inventory monthly.
- Prepare Monthly Operation Report.
- Prepare Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
- OTD monitoring.
- New FAI follow-up / Item code requisition.
- End of Tool alert phased out, refurbishment or new back-up to customers.
- Consignment sales report to specific customers.
- Additional job allocation subject to market market candidate.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact and build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Sales and Marketing, including achieving sales targets and implementing marketing campaigns
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry is an advantage
