Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, social media, networking and online platforms .
• Identify and approach potential customers within the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Support sales activities including customer meetings, quotations and follow-ups.
• Promote the company's freight forwarding and logistics solutions.
• Explore new customer acquisition channels including WeChat, WhatsApp, Xiaohongshu (XHS), Alibaba and other digital platforms .
• Create engaging content and marketing initiatives to generate leads.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to follow up on customer enquiries.
• Support company events, campaigns and other business development activities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales, marketing or business development experience .
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding or related industries is preferred.
• Mandarin-speaking with good communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling, customer engagement and lead generation .
• Creative, proactive and willing to explore new marketing channels.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as XHS, WeChat or other digital platforms is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hardworking, motivated and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
