Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
• Facilitating all sales and purchases by customers while overseeing operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Overseeing customers payment status and coordinating pick-ups and postages.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational and networking events.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Business/Marketing/Banking and Finance/ Accounting and Finance
• Preferably candidates who have worked in the precious metals industry
• Brilliant interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Friendly with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficient with MS Office
• Self-driven and task-oriented.
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision
• Candidates will be based in JB.
• Possess own car and willing to travel.
