Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented B2B / Industrial Marketing Executive to support and grow our business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer communications, preparing quotations, coordinating orders and deliveries, and developing both new and existing customer accounts. This role also involves providing ad-hoc business operational support to ensure smooth daily operations. The position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle B2B and industrial marketing activities, focusing on customer engagement and business growth
  • Conduct professional follow-ups with customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely responses
  • Communicate effectively with customers via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls
  • Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
  • Attend customer meetings and site visits when required to understand customer needs and strengthen partnerships
  • Develop and maintain new and existing customer accounts to achieve business objectives
  • Coordinate orders and deliveries with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Provide ad-hoc business operational support, including administrative, coordination, and sales-related tasks as required
  • Support internal teams to ensure smooth daily business operations and high customer satisfaction

  • Experience in B2B, industrial sales, marketing, or operations support is an advantage
