We are seeking an experienced and visionary Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our commercial strategy and drive growth. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the overall strategy for the Sales, Marketing, and R&D departments. Combining deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, you will oversee market positioning, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure our products maintain a competitive edge in the chemical, materials, and high-tech manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and execute the comprehensive overall strategy for the Sales, Marketing, and R&D departments to align with the company's long-term business objectives.
- Drive sales initiatives, establish aggressive yet achievable revenue targets, and develop commercial strategies to expand market share in the chemical, polymer, and high-tech manufacturing sectors.
- Oversee corporate branding, market positioning, and digital marketing strategies to enhance company visibility and product awareness.
- Effectively lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and R&D to ensure seamless product development and market launch.
- Oversee and drive large-scale commercial and technical projects from conception through to successful execution.
- Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine commercial strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Technical discipline; a degree in Chemistry is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven sales experience specifically within the chemical, materials, polymer, or high-tech manufacturing sectors.
- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated commercial strategy mindset and a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and successfully leading large-scale projects.
- Solid understanding of branding, market positioning, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating technical product features into compelling commercial value propositions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
