Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager based in Puchong. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee and execute strategic marketing and sales campaigns, establish and maintain customer relationships, and develop strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities include market research, identifying new business opportunities, managing sales targets, and coordinating with internal departments to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficient in sales strategy, client relationship management, and meeting sales targets
- Experience with market research, data analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and campaign planning
- Exceptional communication, team leadership, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and software would be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within relevant industries
