An ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified multi-national company dealing in formulating, sales and distributions of Polyurethane chemicals is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual for the Sales & Marketing Manager position.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales and marketing activities
- Implement marketing plans and sales strategies
- Foster and maintain good communication and relationships with suppliers, customers, stakeholders and forwarders
- Maintain the existing pool of business, including stock operations, and establish chemical or industrial products trading business
- Comply with internal regulations and company policies
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in a related discipline or equivalent
- 15 years of experience in B2B sales & marketing, including business model design and management
- Preferably with sales & marketing experience in the automotive industry supply chain and the fine and polymer chemical industry
- Experience in leading and managing teams of 3-5 (or more) is an added advantage
- Able to work independently and be people-oriented
- Possessing good communication and negotiation skills
- Will be required to travel occasionally within Malaysia
- A fully maintained company car will be provided
