Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the fire-rated doors market
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, tenders, and contracts for fire-rated door projects
  • Coordinate with the production and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including website updates, social media presence, and online advertising.
  • Create marketing materials (catalogues, brochures, technical datasheets, videos) highlighting fire-rated door certifications and performance.
  • Strengthen brand positioning as a certified, reliable, and innovative fire door manufacturer.
  • Forecast sales budgets, prepare sales reports, and analyze performance vs. targets.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, including training, mentoring, and setting KPIs.
  • Develop pricing strategies balancing profitability with competitiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
  • Strong sales & negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of fire-rated door standards
  • Excellent communication & presentation abilities
  • Leadership & Team Management
  • Market analysis & business development mindset
