About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Team. you will be responsible for driving the company's marketing and communications strategies to support our growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inproperty development industry.
Responsibilities & Job Scopes:
- Conduct market surveys, provide details to management and keep track of marketing trends and pricing and update the sales teams with the latest market intelligence.
- Oversee the conception of new marketing strategies, identify ways to tap into the target market, including constantly adopting innovative new marketing strategies, new social media, new media, and other new advertising opportunities.
- Plan, implement and adopt public relations and publicity plan and promotion for activities (soft launch, official launch, promotion, exhibition and other in-house event).
- Analysing campaign performance data and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future marketing plans.
- Prepare reports on marketing expenses on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with the sales, project teams and customer success teams to align on marketing initiatives
- Preparation of Scale Model, Content Management for Brochures and Concept Story Line for Property Projects to create customer buy-in translating to revenue.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Studies/Mass Communication/Marketing or relevant.
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing communications, advertising & promotions, preferably fromProperty Development.
- Experienced in traditional and digital marketing, and exposure to CRM.
- Pleasant personality with good communications skill and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable strategies.
- Experience in managing budgets and achieving measurable results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities with multi-task and work within tight dead-lines.
- Strong desire to learn, grow and adapt, a Team Player and willingness to hands on.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel locally.
- Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English andChinese.(In order to prepare marketing materials in 3 languages).
