Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for planning and executing strategies to achieve the company's sales and profit goals.
2. Lead and coordinate the sales team to drive property sales through effective campaigns and promotions.
3. Involves developing sales and credit policies, conducting market research, and analyzing competitor trends to inform strategies.
4. Support the Chief Marketing Officer in campaign planning and evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities.
5. Manage departmental staffing, performance reviews, and training to ensure a high-performing team.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or a related field.
2. Preferably with at least 7 years of experience in property sales and marketing-related field.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team toward achieving targets.
4. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities to conduct market research, assess trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
