To develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to promote Company's properties and enhance Company's branding and market positioning.
Develop, implement and evaluate integrated event marketing strategies, including advertising, branding, marketing collateral, cross-promotional campaigns, digital and social media initiatives, corporate communications and issue management.
Conduct market research to determine feasibility and marketability of new products.
Develop and review pricing strategies and sales package proposals to optimize sales potential and profitability.
Consistently research market trends in residential properties and consumer preferences, while conducting competitor and industry analyses.
Support the sales team with effective marketing tools, lead generation and customer engagement activities.
Ensure proper representation at exhibitions in order to generate sales leads and enhance brand image.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing initiatives.
To manage sales and marketing budget and ensure compliance with company expenditure requirements.
Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels.
To perform any other duties to be assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies or other related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in property development marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong background in digital marketing, project launches and event planning.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Able to inspire, lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team to implement the strategies effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Flexible and dynamic with the ability to think creatively to achieve objectives.
Independent, driven and result-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
