Sales Generation: Actively seek out and engage prospective customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, emails, etc.) to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions and support to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, their features, and benefits to effectively communicate and demonstrate their value to potential customers.
Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including negotiations, contract preparation, and follow-ups.
Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and maintain regular reporting on sales performance and forecasts.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities, potential challenges, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Job Requirements
You'll be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Proven track record in sales (more than 3 years) with a successful history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with C.R.M software and sales tools is a plus.
Experience in organising events, conferences and exhibitions is an added advantage
