Sales Officer
Location : Menara Boustead, Georgetown
Work Type : Full time
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving sales target and operating excellence while having customer oriented mindset.
- Understand all of Murata product knowledge and product division policy in order to introduce it to customers independently.
- Responsible to handle assigned accounts with Account Based Management by understanding customers, monitor market and competitor landscape in order to support customer and develop sales strategies.
- Responsible for customer relationship management.
- Business performance review (Biz outlook, Monitoring, order, profit, account receivable, market, customer biz situation).
- Service management (Support technical & Biz enquiry, oversea sales process coordination, support delivery, QA issue, logistics).
- Sales target management (Set target, gap analysis budget vs actual, etc).
- Responsible for product promotion activities (pre-sales design-in activities) while working with Product Engineer located in Singapore and Japan.
Requirements :
- Possess at least Diploma holder (Fresh graduate are welcome).
- Candidates with related pre-sales experience in the electronics industry will be an advantage.
- Required skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Person with action-oriented, able to multi-task, organized, collaborative and adaptable individual capable of interacting well with internal and external stakeholders.
- Team player with positive attitude, proactive and self-motivated.
- Required to travel 12 times / year to Singapore or Japan (in case of normal situation)
- Working day and time : Monday-Friday, 8:30am5:35pm
