Sales Operations Administrator

Sales Operations Admin (Klang Valley)

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Operations Admin to join our growing team! If you enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly and want exposure to the fintech space, this role is for you.

What you'll be doing:

• Track pipeline progress & follow up on pending cases
• Maintain accurate records and sales reports
• Support tracking of sales numbers and performance
• Prepare performance reports and insights
• Coordinate reporting with internal departments
• Follow up on issuer's collections for the sales team
• Assist in organizing sales events, roadshows, campaigns, and business networking activities
• Perform other ad hoc administrative duties assigned by Management

What we're looking for:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of administrative or sales support experience
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or SME-related industries is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with experience in Canva
• Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Positive attitude, responsible, able to work independently and take instructions seriously
