JOB SUMMARY:

At a start-up stage of the Driscoll's Rest of Asia organization, Sales Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing daily sales operations, maintaining accurate data, and helping to optimize sales and import and export processes. In a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment, this professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and assist in responding quickly to supply fluctuations to ensure operational efficiency and business growth.

With a close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, this professional is contributing in establishing a year-round berry supply with analytical assistance to delight Driscoll's berry consumers in Asia.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred

Prior experiences in sales operations, logistics coordination, or fresh produce industry are a plus.

Strong proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet management.

Exposure to Order Management System (OMS) or ERP systems is desirable but not mandatory.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across different time zones and teams.

Detail-oriented with focus on data accuracy and operational reliability.

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing, startup-like environment.

Basic understanding of import/export documentation and customs processes is advantageous.

Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills

High proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Self-Motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Manage daily sales operations using spreadsheets, including customer order tracking, sales planning, and flight booking.

Monitor shipment schedules for air and sea freight orders, proactively updating stakeholders on any delays or changes.

Assist in coordinating and adjusting supply forecasts and sales plans to respond flexibly to supply shortages or surpluses.

Support ongoing development and improvement of sales processes in a rapidly evolving environment with evolving standardization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different business units and time zones, participating in meetings as needed.

Maintain accurate sales and operational data to ensure data integrity for decision-making and communication.

Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and responsiveness.

Support communication with internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely updates.

Assist in managing and verifying import and export documentation for regulatory compliance.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate customs clearance and shipment processing.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and internal control
