Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive to join our team in Malaysia. This is a fully remote, full-time role (5 days/week) dedicated to supporting our sales team with administrative, procurement, and project coordination functions to ensure smooth operations and efficient client servicing.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in CRM systems, sales administration, quotation preparation, procurement coordination, and project support. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.
  • Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and pricing documents.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing, and deliveries.
  • Support procurement activities including purchase order processing and tracking.
  • Maintain and update customer and deal records in the CRM system.
  • Assist with project coordination, documentation, and internal communication.
  • Generate regular sales and performance reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company and customer requirements in all processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration, procurement support, or project coordination.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (ideally NetSuite, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working across regional or cross-functional teams is an advantage.
