Role Description The Sales Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Seri Kembangan. This role is responsible for supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to job confirmation, including preparing quotations, tracking proposals, and coordinating with the operations team on scheduling and job progress. The Sales Operations Executive will maintain accurate sales records, update customer and project information in internal systems, and generate basic reports to support decision-making. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, explaining services and solutions, following up on leads, and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to service delivery. The role also involves collaborating closely with field teams, monitoring service quality from a customer perspective, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Operations and Sales skills, including pipeline management, quotation preparation, and follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle inquiries professionally, and manage expectations clearly.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and identify trends or opportunities for improvement.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) and comfort working with CRM or internal tracking systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and field teams, and to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in sales support, sales coordination, or operations in a service or construction-related industry is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort communicating with a diverse range of customers and colleagues; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
