Sales Operations Intern (BMW Motorrad)

We are currently on the lookout for a Sales Operations Intern who will be based in our Head Office in Cyberjaya, Selangor. This role will be primarily supporting the Sales Department of BMW Motorrad.
What awaits you
- Generate and provide shipment lists to importers to support the AP application process.
- Follow up with the warehouse and importer on shipment arrivals to ensure timely updates.
- Prepare rolling forecasts related to shipment arrivals and duty payments for importer.
- Initiate Goods Receipt (GR) processes upon shipment arrival.
- Coordinate motorcycle allocation and stock assignments to dealers.
- Select motorcycles for duty instruction processing.
- Arrange motorcycle deliveries with warehouse and transporter to dealers.
- Prepare monthly management reports and presentation slides for senior leadership.
- Process and verify sales campaign claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
What you should bring along
- Currently a final year Bachelor's Degree student OR recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months internship period is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and data management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, warehouse, importer, and dealers.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to sales operations improvement.
