What You'll Do
- Driving operational efficiency within General Trade (GT), with focus on monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to identify opportunities or gaps, gather tangible insights, develop strategies, action plans and monitor effective execution.
- Serve as a liaison between Support Functions and the Head of Regions primarily through the Integrated Activities Planning (IAP) platform, ensuring effective communication, monitoring execution, and supporting the seamless execution of Cycle Activities while focusing on improving KPIs.
- Responsible for being the representative of GT team in early planning stages of initiatives coming from the Support Center and requests coming from the GT. They are responsible for, but not limited to, activities related to planning stages, communication and cascade stages, monitoring and feedback stages.
- Contribute to proposed Cycle Activities by Support Functions providing perspective of GT to enhance the planned activities such as develop localized topline program as needed (at level of detail of mechanics / scheme), pipeline volume forecast for new products and / or new programs and co-create trade communication materials as needed
- Utilize available weekly and / or monthly available reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as volume performance, Green Scores, Red Scores, etc. If necessary, collaborate on new reports generation from Support Functions.
- Engage Support Functions (W@POS, Route To Market, Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, etc.) to align strategies and / or action plans and prepare for execution (RSMs to develop execution plans).
- Scale up successful Cycle Activities across regions and drive consistent performance.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline. · MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Ideally 6–10 years of experience in FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI performance tracking
- Expertise in optimizing Integrated Activities Planning (IAP)
- Proven experience in work planning and driving routine discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
