Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Special Assistant to the Group CEO at Headmistress Group Sdn Bhd located in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some remote work. This is a management position and so you will be responsible for supporting the CEO in day-to-day tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, the branch operations, retail operations, customer relationship management, team development, sales and marketing.

As this role will be part of the HM Management team, in the absence of the CEO you will be responsible for ensuring that the processes already set in place, are adhered to and to deal with any issues that arise.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience in Sales
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Experience in project management
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Flexibility to work both in the office and remotely
  • Knowledge of the beauty or wellness industry is a plus
  • Experience managing business operations
  • Strong understanding of marketing
  • Able to work with targets
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong Leadership skills
