Inviso partners closely with Microsoft's rapidly growing WW Vendor Tele Programs team to support Microsoft customers journey to the cloud, providing a range of services across Program Management, Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Science. We are seeking to grow our team with Program Managers, who will integrate at multiple points with our Service supporting the Microsoft program leadership of the ASIA SMB Vendor Tele group, taking ownership of a variety of operational and program coordination functions, and helping us build the most efficient and scalable operation in alignment with Microsoft's growth strategy for the coming Fiscal Year. Keen attention to detail, strong organizational and coordination skills, and the ability to work with data to derive insight and drive process enhancement and change will be key. As candidates are identified and interviewed, we will define alignment to specific functions within the team and validate those specific alignments back with those selected.

Candidates must be eligible to onboard as a Microsoft vendor (v-dash) in a Managed Service.
A Successful Candidate Will Have
- 4+ years experience in Program Management/Operations
- English language with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in sales, or sales excellence activities: management of the weekly call with sales team, capability to manage pipeline across different stakeholders
- Sales planning and knowledge of CRM systems
- Self-direction and a focus on quality, sense of urgency & ability to prioritize tasks based on their business impact
- Proactiveness, and commitment to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and strong attention to detail
- Data analysis skills, particularly via Excel basic Power BI capabilities are nice to have but not required
Additional desirable experience that will differentiate a candidate, and add value to the role and team include:
- Experience working in the Microsoft ecosystem (as MS FTE, Vendor, or Partner, but familiarity with Microsoft's corporate culture and field organizations is a strong differentiator)
- Experience with SMB Telesales programs and the surrounding ecosystem
- Familiarity with Microsoft's Azure cloud services and offerings, and/or with Microsoft's Modern Workplace & Security offerings
