As a Sales Operations Specialist you will act as a territory leader managing a small team of riders and agents to onboard merchants quickly and efficiently. This is not a traditional sales role You run your zone like a mini-business with autonomy accountability and direct profit-sharing from every subscriptionKey
Responsibilities
- Recruit train and supervise a team of riders and agents for merchant onboarding
- Ensure merchants are properly onboarded and subscriptions are verified
- Track daily performance including merchant visits uploads and completed tasks
- Manage incentives and payouts for your team
- Collaborate with internal marketing for leads and campaign support
- Report daily results and escalate issues promptly
