Our client is a privately held organization operating at the intersection of software development and e‑commerce, delivering technology‑driven solutions that support digital business operations.

We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales team. The ideal candidate requires a strong shill in Microsoft Excel, an analytical background and experience in sales operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by providing data analysis and insights to improve sales performance.
• Manage sales operations processes, including forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and enhance efficiency.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales tools and technology.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with sales teams and other departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies and processes, as well as market research techniques.

Work Location: Kelana Jaya, Selangor (Please note that the office location is not within walking distance of the LRT station, therefore interested applicants are required to have their own transportation.)

Working Hours: Fully On-Site from Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (including a 1-hour break).
