Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to our sales team. The role focuses on preparing sales proposals and documentation, ensuring smooth internal processes, and responding to general client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, format, and edit sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling documentation and record-keeping.
  • Respond to general inquiries from clients and prospects, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (finance, operations, marketing) to gather information needed for proposals or client requests.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and summaries to support internal decision-making.
  • Maintain organized files and sales-related documentation for easy reference.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative, or operational support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
