Job Description

-Visit target clients and engage key stakeholders, such as technical and procurement departments to nurture business opportunities and develop new products

-Liaise with clients to understand requirements, define product specifications, propose tailored solutions, and manage projects end-to-end through to delivery

-Travel across the region including India, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Europe

-Lead and support regional sales teams to enhance/improve capabilities and drive overall business performance

-Prepare sales forecasts, manage budgets & costs, analyse sales data and provide regular reports to the management team

MUST TO HAVE:

-More than 8 years of experience in B2B sales or project-based sales specifically in semi-conductor industry

-Strong ability to engage with technical stakeholders and translate customer needs into tailored proposal

-Leadership experience with the ability to guide, coach, and develop sales teams
