Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Chinese speaking Sales Specialist based in WP. Kuala Lumpur & Selangor, with the flexibility of some remote work. The Sales Specialist will engage with potential and existing customers to identify their needs, expansion of new stores, provide product recommendations, and close sales. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, assisting with customer inquiries, delivering product training, and collaborating with the sales and other department to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and support clients

Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to drive revenue and meet targets

Capable of providing Training to customers and staff in relation to product knowledge or sales strategies

Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships, as well as collaborating within a team environment

language: CHINESE & MALAY is priority, english will be an added advantage.

Professional attitude, self-motivation, and goal-oriented mindset

Experience in the home appliances or consumer goods industry is an added advantage other industry sales are welcomed too.
