Sales Planning Analyst

Key Roles:

• Collect, compile, and analyze sales-related data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct market research and surveys to gather relevant market intelligence and competitor information.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance against budgets, forecasts, and targets.
• Prepare annual sales budgets and provide recommendations to support business planning.
• Develop sales forecasts and generate periodic sales performance reports for Management.
• Prepare and present analytical reports, dashboards, and insights related to sales activities and market conditions.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on sales strategies, business direction, and operational improvements to Management and relevant stakeholders.
• Support Management in formulating company policies, business plans, and sales initiatives based on market and sales analysis.
• Coordinate and manage key management meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of sales plans and business strategies.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely submission of sales reports and business analyses.

Job Requirements

• :Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
• .Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification is preferred
• .Basic knowledge of SAP is required
• .Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• .Understanding of sales analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• .Familiarity with market research methodologies and data analysis techniques
• .Ability to prepare and present reports, business proposals, and management presentations effectively
