Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Client Consultation:
  • Conduct initial consultations to understand clients design preferences, needs, and budgets.
  • Develop and present design concepts and proposals that align with client expectations.
  • Sales Development:
  • Follow up with potential clients and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
  • Design and Presentation:
  • Create detailed design plans, including floor layouts, color schemes, furniture selection, and material specifications.
  • Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) to produce visual presentations for clients.
  • Project Management:
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design and sales process, from initial contact to project completion.
  • Address client feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs and plans to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in interior design and sales, preferably within the high-end residential sector.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Vray.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Creative flair and a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Possess own transport.
