Job Description

Job Responsibility

Client Consultation:
Conduct initial consultations to understand clients design preferences, needs, and budgets.
Develop and present design concepts and proposals that align with client expectations.
Sales Development:
Follow up with potential clients and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
Design and Presentation:
Create detailed design plans, including floor layouts, color schemes, furniture selection, and material specifications.
Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) to produce visual presentations for clients.
Project Management:
Monitor project progress and address any issues to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design and sales process, from initial contact to project completion.
Address client feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs and plans to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
At least 2 years of proven experience in interior design and sales, preferably within the high-end residential sector.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Vray.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Creative flair and a keen eye for detail.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Possess own transport.
