EfficientIP is a network automation and security company, specializing in DDI (DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management).

What will you do

You will join a dynamic and supportive team in an international, agile, and innovative environment.

Reporting to your manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the contract renewal process, including preparing quotations;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and distributors;
  • Proactively contacting stakeholders to ensure contracts are renewed before their expiration date;
  • Monitoring and anticipating contract expiration dates and taking appropriate action to prevent service interruptions;
  • Working closely with the sales, support, and account management teams to ensure optimal customer service and that renewals comply with expected timelines;
  • Ensuring the accuracy of contract databases;
  • Analyzing customer needs in order to propose suitable solutions and improve renewal offers;
  • Collecting customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement;
  • Achieving and exceeding the company's contract renewal targets;
  • Participating in sales meetings and sharing best practices with the team;

Your key success factors :

With a minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management, you:

  • Have several years of hands-on experience as a Renewal Representative or Sales Representative in the IT sector;
  • Have a strong commercial mindset and sales drive;
  • Are comfortable picking up the phone and contacting clients and partners;
  • Ensure that your active contracts are closed within the quarterly deadlines;
  • Have fluent English (spoken, written, and read); proficiency in one or more additional languages is a plus;
  • Have strong organizational and prioritization skills and diligently keep your contracts updated in the CRM;
  • Demonstrate rigor, responsiveness, curiosity, and enjoy working as part of a team;
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Are comfortable using IT tools in general.
  • Must be located in Malaysia.
