Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative (AIA) based in Simpang Ampat, Penang, with some remote work flexibility. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their insurance and financial protection needs, and providing them with suitable solutions. They will also build strong client relationships, contribute to achieving sales targets, and maintain professional knowledge about AIA's products. The role requires effective communication, teamwork, and an ability to adapt to hybrid work arrangements.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in client communication, relationship building, and negotiation
- Proficiency in sales strategies, marketing, and customer service
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Basic understanding of financial planning, insurance, and risk management
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and working in a team
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in office software and digital communication tools
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
- Possession of relevant certifications or experience in the financial or insurance industry is a plus
