Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative Orthopedic role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement teams, acting as a primary point of contact for Neomedix products. Daily responsibilities include visiting healthcare facilities, presenting product solutions, conducting product demonstrations in operating rooms or clinical settings, and providing technical support before, during, and after procedures. The role involves managing a territory sales pipeline, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing within guidelines, and achieving assigned sales targets. The Sales Representative will also gather market insights, report on competitor activities, collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability, and support educational events, workshops, and in-service training sessions for clinical staff.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in orthopedics or related surgical fields.
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills, with the ability to engage surgeons, nurses, and hospital decision-makers professionally.
  • Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to explain technical product details in clear, accessible terms.
  • Comfort working in clinical and operating room environments and willingness to provide on-site case support when required.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a structured sales pipeline.
  • High level of self-motivation, personal integrity, and reliability, with the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, including territory planning, reporting, and documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or similar) is preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Fluency in English; additional local languages are an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally beyond, as needed.
