Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by effectively promoting and selling OTC and prescription products within the assigned pharmacy territory.
Account & Territory Management
- Execute commercial strategies at assigned accounts to achieve objectives of sell-in, sell-out, distribution, and market share growth.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy staff.
Product Promotion & Execution
- Promote products, communicate trade marketing programs, introduce new launches, conduct product training, and drive new customer development in line with company strategy.
Call Planning & Execution Excellence
- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules with the Sales Manager to ensure effective coverage, call quality, and frequency while staying within budget.
Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) & Reporting
- Achieve SFE KPIs and accurately utilize SFE/CRM systems to record daily calls, sales activities, and customer information.
Compliance & Market Intelligence
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry codes of conduct, and regulatory requirements. Monitor competitor activities and market developments and provide timely feedback to the company.
Job Requirements :-
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Healthcare, or FMCG sectors. (Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.)
- Experience or exposure to Pharmaceutical, OTC, Consumer Healthcare, or other related healthcare industries is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
