Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time on-site role as a Sales Representative, based in Petaling Jaya. The role involves promoting and selling takaful products to clients, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting needs assessments, and providing tailored financial guidance and solutions. The Sales Representative will also engage in marketing activities, attend team meetings, and achieve assigned sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to establish rapport with diverse clients
• Sales and marketing knowledge or experience, including understanding client needs and promoting financial products
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic financial literacy and the ability to explain and recommend insurance and takaful products
• Adaptability and problem-solving abilities to address client concerns effectively
• Prior experience in insurance, takaful, or sales is an advantage
• Proficiency in English and/or other local languages is a plus
• Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or finance is beneficial
