Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Representative, based in Kelang. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting the company's logistics and freight services. Day-to-day tasks include client outreach, preparing sales proposals, negotiating deals, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and the smooth execution of services rendered.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries is an advantage
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
