Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bukit Indah, Johor Bahru, for a Sales & Service Executive. The role involves actively driving sales by promoting financial products and services to customers and merchants. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, consulting with clients to understand their financial needs, and providing personalized solutions. In addition, the role requires managing documentation, ensuring accurate information, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. The Sales & Service Executive will also assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving service-related issues to ensure satisfaction.

- Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to promote and cross-sell financial products.
- Effective customer service and relationship management abilities to engage and support clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers and team members.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and maintaining compliance standards.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and managing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Flexibility to work in an on-site role at Bukit Indah, Johor Baharu.
- Prior experience in financial services, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Possess a minimum of a Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and knowledge of a third language is an advantage.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
