Sales Manager Data Center Solutions

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our clients Data Center Business Unit. This role will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key domestic and global accounts, including large enterprises, colocation providers, and hyperscale data centers.

You will lead strategic engagement efforts and drive revenue growth across the companies full suite of Data Center infrastructure solutions.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in B2B enterprise sales, with direct experience in data center infrastructure deployments and a passion for delivering value through integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with enterprise clients, colocation operators, and hyperscalers.
  • Create and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth and increase adoption across multiple product categories.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and project delivery teams to deliver tailored, end-to-end infrastructure solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth customer needs assessments to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Stay informed on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
  • Engage with channel partners, consultants, and contractors to influence specifications and secure project wins.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regular reporting to management.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and close contracts effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within infrastructure, IT, or electrical sectors.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise procurement cycles and strategic account management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
