Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Klang. The role involves managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, closing deals, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Specialist will also support the development of customer engagement strategies, provide training to team members, and maintain high levels of customer service. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery is also an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Experience in Training within a sales-focused environment to mentor and support team development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and business software is an advantage.
- Relevant industry knowledge in logistics or container management is a plus.
