Your role and responsibilities

Each day, you will be responsible for the sales of Electrification Smart Power & Smart Building products/systems/services within Building Segment, in line with the division strategy. Achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Responsible to identify and develop new sales opportunities.

The work model for the role is: #Li-hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Building Smart Power Business in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and execute sales plans using ABB tools, including regular reviews and recovery actions when needed.
  • Apply effective sales techniques to create added value, communicate terms clearly, and secure successful outcomes.
  • Identify and drive new market opportunities in the designated segment.

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in building systems or industrial solutions
  • Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver profitable growth.
  • Experience and established network with contractors, consultants, and developers working with similar ABB products.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
