We are looking for a
Sales Specialist (Electrical Products) to drive growth across our retail and dealer networks while strengthening customer relationships and market presence.
You'll make an impact by:
- Driving Sales Growth & Territory Performance: Achieve sales targets while expanding market share across assigned retailers and dealer channels.
- Expanding Customer Base & Account Penetration: Identify new retail opportunities and deepen product penetration within existing accounts.
- Building Strategic Customer Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with retailers and resellers to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Delivering Customer Enablement & Support: Provide product training, technical guidance, and responsive service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Managing Order Fulfilment Excellence: Oversee end-to-end order processing, ensuring timely collection, delivery follow-ups, and internal coordination.
- Generating Market Intelligence Insights: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities.
- Executing Sales & Marketing Initiatives: Implement promotional campaigns and product launches to drive demand and visibility.
- Strengthening Retail Execution Standards: Ensure effective in-store merchandising and consistent display of marketing materials across outlets.
Your defining qualities:
- Educational Foundation: You hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Industry Exposure: You have 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in retail, electrical, or distribution environments. Fresh graduates with strong drive and learning agility are welcome to apply.
- Sales Performance Mindset: You demonstrate a strong track record or clear potential in achieving sales targets and managing multiple accounts.
- Strategic Communication: You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Customer-Centric Approach: You are passionate about building long-term relationships and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Self-Driven Execution: You bring a proactive, results-oriented mindset and are comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.

- Digital & Systems Literacy: You are proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM tools to support sales tracking and reporting.
