We are seeking an excellence-driven individual to take on the role of aSales Consultant, helping homeowners make safer and smarter decisions on their renovation journey.
You will be at the forefront of homeowner interactionsconducting daily outbound calls, understanding each homeowner's unique requirements, offering practical advice, and matching them with suitable renovation service providers. You will also liaise with designers and contractors to ensure a smooth and supportive experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Homeowner Engagement: Conduct daily outbound calls with homeowners who sign up for our services, understand their renovation needs deeply, and ensure their satisfaction with the overall process.
- Matching & Advisory: Match homeowners with relevant renovation professionals based on their specific requirements, offering practical advice where helpful.
- Homeowner Support: Provide friendly and professional responses to inquiries via chat. Resolve issues and concerns effectively.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships through regular communication, addressing homeowner needs, and creating positive experiences.
- Feedback Collection: Gather homeowner feedback, concerns, and suggestions to support continuous service improvement.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the renovation and home improvement sector to add value to homeowner interactions.
- Training & Development: Participate in onboarding and ongoing training to strengthen consulting and customer success skills.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma holder with prior experience in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin with a friendly and persuasive communication style.
- Empathetic and customer-focused attitude, with a genuine interest in advising homeowners on their renovation journey.
- Strong interest in the renovation/home improvement industry and willingness to learn more about the sector.
- Coachable and eager to grow, with the ability to add value to both homeowners and renovation partners.
- Comfortable working in a small-team, fast-paced environment where adaptability and initiative are key.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, common formulas).
- Note: A technical test will be part of the interview process.
