Responsible for building and managing the relationship with customers in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the company and meeting / exceeding sales target.
Ensure that customers have a positive experience; commit to meet or exceed customer expectations.
To focus on increasing customer interactions and improving relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
Conduct product presentations and training programs related to agency products as well as product evaluation trials and survey feedback for new product developments
Actively developing new account relationships in the Zone / Area to enhance customer penetration.
Proactively identify opportunities / new sales lead, understand customer requirements, prepare quotation, follow up and monitor closely to win deals.
Provide timely support to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Proactively learning features of new products and understand new service offering developed by the Company.
Occasional weekend and evening trade show and/or meeting
Qualification
Min. Diploma, preferably in Nursing / Business / Biomedical Science
Candidate without working experience with above qualifications, aspiring to build a sales career in the healthcare industry.
Preferably at least 2 years experience in medical equipment, ultrasound and consumable sales
