Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Subject Matter Expert: Provide technical support and product expertise on medical injections and biological preparation systems to healthcare providers.
- Relationship Building: Actively engage with surgeons and medical teams to understand patient needs and recommend appropriate biological solutions.
- Hands-on Training: Organize and facilitate workshops and on-site product demonstrations to ensure the highest standards of product implementation.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends in regenerative medicine to keep Kultivate at the forefront of the market.
Who We Are Looking For:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven background in medical device sales, with a specific focus on biologics, orthopedic implants, or medical injections.
- Mindset: A results-oriented professional who values patient outcomes and is passionate about advancing trauma and injection care.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex medical concepts to specialists.
- Travel: Willingness to travel regularly to support our partners across the territory.
