Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Bukit Mertajam. The Sales Specialist will actively engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations. The role involves building and nurturing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and offering guidance on Maxis products and services. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and strong Customer Service skills
• Proven abilities in Service and Sales Management
• Experience in delivering Training and team collaboration
• Ability to meet performance metrics and drive business success
• Proficiency in understanding and communicating technical or product-related information
• Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage
• SPM,Diploma, degree, or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
