Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in Cyberjaya with opportunities to work remotely. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for actively identifying and reaching out to prospective customers, presenting and selling products, and maintaining strong customer relationships. They will also participate in training sessions, work closely with the sales management team to achieve targets, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets effectively
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Experience in Training and guiding peers and colleagues within a sales environment
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Previous experience in the health, wellness, or nutraceutical industries is an advantage
• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Ability to conduct online sales via digital plaforms; experience content creation or digital marketing is an added advantage
