Sales Specialist (Polymers / Plastic Raw Materials) – Malaysia

We are hiring a motivated Sales Specialist with experience in polymer and plastic raw material trading to strengthen our Malaysia operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing client inquiries across international and regional markets
- Perform cold and warm calling to promote and sell available polymer materials
- Actively promote and sell daily available stock, including - near-prime, off-grade and recycled materials
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with international buyers, traders and distributors
- Regularly follow up on inquiries and quotations to convert leads into confirmed sales orders
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules with overseas and regional clients
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments
- Achieve and consistently meet assigned monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in polymer / plastic raw material sales (international trading experience preferred)
- Good knowledge of grades such as PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, ABS, etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and close deals
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
