Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Kuantan. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include delivering exceptional customer service, developing sales strategies, identifying client needs, and presenting suitable takaful solutions. The candidate will also support training initiatives and contribute to the growth and management of the sales team.
